Adam Ka Kong Wong was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director on August 9, 2013. Mr. Wong holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member and a practising certificate holder of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Wong has over 25 years’ experience in auditing, commercial finance and accounting operation. He previously held various senior positions in listed companies with business in Hong Kong, Greater China and overseas. He currently holds a senior executive position in a conglomerate listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
